Once your tattoo is finished I would of wrapped it in a temporary dressing.
After an hour take the dressing off and give a good clean with warm water, kitchen roll and gentle soap. Then pat dry with some fresh kitchen roll and don't re wrap.
Don't start moisturising until the following day.
We recommend using Palmer's Cocoa butter or Hustle Butter to moisturise your tattoo two to three times a day. Please ensure your that your tattoo is clean and dry before applying cream to your tattoo, to protect it from trapping dirt or water in your tattoo.
Do not submerge your tattoo into any water whilst it is healing. Avoid saunas, hot tubs, swimming, sun beds and baths until it is healed.
Your tattoo may flake, scab up or get crispy, please do not pick, rub or scratch your tattoo as this may effect your tattoo and can risk scaring.
Avoid coming into contact with animals, oils, chemicals, grease, dust and dirt to avoid infection. If your tattoo may be exposed to any of the above through work, we recommend wrapping your tattoo up and cleaning and rewrapping every few hours.
Your tattoo will roughly take around two weeks to heal, sometimes less/more. Make sure you keep it clean and dry and to follow all aftercare given to receive the best results.
Please remember how you look after your tattoo also plays a huge part in how your tattoo will look.
If you have any questions during your healing process please contact me and I will happily advise!
